Mid-Life Crisis

A mid-life crisis is experienced between the ages of 40 and 60. It is, to this day, considered a normal part of the maturing process. Most people will experience some form of emotional transition during that time of life. A period that might cause them to analyze where they are in life and make adjustments to the way they live. Most people seem to come through the process smoothly without making major life changes, but for others the transition can be difficult.

There are many factors that can trigger a mid-life crisis… boredom, diminished lifestyle, loneliness, divorce, etc. At Families By Design, we will work with you to determine why you are feeling the way you are feeling. We will help you through this complicated transition and offer the guidance necessary to move forward to a happier, healthier life.
